{ANNOUNCEMENT: WE’VE MOVED}

A MUCH BETTER URL - http://blog.jarviedigital.com/

I haven’t liked the URL location of my old blog for about 6 years now
But it was popular so I kept using the URL

I WILL RETAIN ALL THE OLD POSTS HERE

But I’ve moved all these posts to the NEW LOCATION
A
nd I won’t be logging into this to post or check comments… since you can easily make the same comments on the new blog.
{MAKE THE MOVE]
But it was time to pull the trigger… specially since Google Reader died, and since I’m doing this year long project. And I had some amazing technical help from Dave Veffer

{“A PHOTOGRAPHER’S LIFE”}
I’m also re-branding most of my JarvieDigital stuff (Youtube, FB and BLOG) to be all around this concept of “A Photographer’s Life”

The stories, reviews, travels and resulting pictures of life as a photographer.
Basically it gives me a huge range of what I can talk about.

[WHAT'S PLANNED]
Of course the VLOGS and lots of random pictures from Faith In America Project
REVIEWS – Yep I have plans to review EVERYTHING i have on the road with me.

Anything else you’d like to see?

{RSS – Blog Subscriptions???}
K I’ve been out of it… this may be a silly question …. Does anyone subscribe to blogs anymore? What’s the technology for that these days?

    Yes, yes 100 times yes please keep the RSS feed. Using RSS feeds for me is easier to consume the content you put out. I don’t get distracted with my friends likes and shares from Facebook. I don’t have to filter out a variety of tweets. I get to see what you’re putting out there not everyone else on 500px. RSS feeds allow me to select which content I see in an environment and setting I choose. With Facebook, Google+, Twitter, etc. I have to consume content the way that “they” want, not the way I want.
