Reasons why the shoot was so good?
The couple was awesome to work with
And I worked in combination with another awesome photographer and it was a great great experience (One of those synergistic partnerships as discussed in my previous post)

I suggest starting early.
You have about 1-2 hours after official sunrise until the sun peaks over the mountain.
Yes it’s early but if they’re alright with it it’s a great time of the day with good lighting and empty streets.
I’ve been playing around with a new Flash Gallery Style
I have uploaded a recent Bridal session using this style and adding the first freely downloadable song I could find of a local singer.
Hollie probably would have preferred Hip Hop or Rap but I’m kinda low on those songs at the moment.

It adds music and a full screen mode.
I’m not sure how it compares and would appreciate your feedback.

I have decided that I am not a fan of daylight savings.
We had to start shooting pictures at 4pm in order to get done before it got to dark.
However this couple was great and lots of fun, we got lots of unique pictures.

Sometimes brides really want a certain type of picture
A set of 12 pictures from last sunday’s trip to Salt Lake City.
I was helping with a project called Mamma’s Hands.
A group of students go to SLC and hand out lemonade when it’s hot and hot chocolate when it’s cold… and supply a cell phone to let individuals stay in contact with family. In addition they are there to give them someone to talk to.
